This is a rain or shine event - no refunds will be made.  Booths will be assigned by the Festival Committee.  Each vendor will be notified by phone as to their booth location.

A Chamber staff member will be at the corner of Terry & Mitcham with booth locations 7a.m. on the day of the event.

FESTIVAL CONTACT INFORMATION:

Chamber hours - 10a.m. - 2p.m. - Monday thru Friday @ 207 E. Main - 903-489-8118 or e-mail: malakoffchamber45@yahoo.com - Directions from the 4-way stop of Hwy 31 & Terry Street.  If coming from the West, turn right, if from the East, turn left....got through downtown Malakoff.  As you pass over the railroad tracks, take an immediate left.  You will pass the Housing Aurthority and you will see a big white sign Malakoff Historical Society & Musem....you are there.

GENERAL RULES OF LIABILITY:  The undersigned hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Malakoff Chamber of Commerce and its members and the City of Malakoff, TX from the loss or damage to the undersigned"s property or any personal injury which he/she or any helpers may sustain while sitting up or participating in the 15th Annual Cornbread Festival.  The undersigned agrees to abide by the rules set forth

Festival Committee.  The Committee reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the rules and all booth assignments.  The undersigned also agrees to all vendor set-up rules and regulations.
